1ADS (“we”, “us”) is operated by 1ADS at 1ads.in. 1ADS provides software that lets businesses connect their Google Ads accounts to create, schedule, manage and report on advertising campaigns. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, company name and a hashed password.
• Google account data: when you connect Google Ads, we receive your Google email address and an OAuth token that lets us access the Google Ads API on your behalf, with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
• Google Ads data: your Ads account names and IDs, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We store the order/payment reference and amount; we never see or store your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, log-in times and activity logs used for security.

2. How we use Google user data

We use Google Ads data only to provide the features you use in 1ADS: listing your Ads accounts, creating and editing campaigns you build, running the start/pause schedules you set, and showing reports. We do not use it for advertising to you, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

1ADS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage and security

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored. Passwords are hashed. All traffic uses HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised staff for support and security.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Razorpay for payments, and Google when we call the Google Ads API on your instruction), or when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google at any time from the Accounts page, which revokes our access token. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your 1ADS account and associated data, email support@1ads.in; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us at support@1ads.in.
