1ADS, operated by 1ADS, is software that helps you create, schedule, manage and report on Google Ads campaigns in Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
Campaigns are created in your own Google Ads account. All advertising costs are billed by Google to that account under Google's terms. 1ADS fees cover the use of the platform only and do not include ad spend. You are responsible for your budgets, the content of your ads and compliance with Google Ads policies and applicable law.
Plans are prepaid for the period shown and processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If your plan expires, campaigns already live in Google Ads keep running; you can pause them in Google Ads or by renewing.
Do not use 1ADS to advertise illegal products or services, to access accounts you are not authorised to manage, or to interfere with the service.
We do not guarantee any number of clicks, leads, sales or ad approvals. Google decides ad approval and delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for ad spend, lost profits or indirect damages.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
